Elder Financial Abuse

John Q. Adams took a case of elder financial abuse on behalf of a client whose adult son took $15,000 from her bank account and then refused to repay her. The client was a senior citizen living on social security and her earnings as a cocktail waitress. We took her son to court and won a $50,000 judgment.
