Boating Accident Case

Our client was a customer considering the purchase of a luxury boat. He was injured in a boating accident when the boat he took for a test drive flipped and ran him over, causing him to suffer a concussion. Our client suffered no lasting injuries, but the boat was found to have a design defect which caused the accident and injuries. Settlement was $25,000.

U.S. Government v. Client Boating Accident Case

Our client was the family of a man who died in a boating collision with a buoy at night. The buoy was unlit and the boat was traveling at 25 knots when it hit. Because the driver had been drinking, he was ruled partially at fault for the accident and this diminished the amount of the settlement in complex boating accident case against the U.S. government. Settlement was $200,000.
